Prerequisite for participation in the tender: Offer who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (New Version) is also required to comply with the following conditions: A. the bidder will attach to his proposal all the affidavits and approvals required by the Law of Public Bodies, 1976, including an affidavit according to Equal Rights Law for People with Disabilities, 1998 and Affidavit under the Foreign Employees Law, 1991 and Minimum Wage Law, 1987.
