Affidavits and approvals required according to the Public Entity Transactions Law, 1976, including, an affidavit according to the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998, an affidavit according to the Foreign Workers Law, 1991, the Minimum Wage Law, 1987. 2. Registration according to Law for the Registration of Contractors for Construction Engineering Works 5759 1969 in classification 100 C according to the financial amount of the proposal submitted for the execution of the work. 3. Experience in the execution of two civil construction projects, each of the projects with a financial scope of at least 5,000,000 NIS (without VAT, adjusted to the general construction input index known at the time of submission of the proposals), which includes electromechanical systems, which have been carried out during the last five years from the deadline set for the submission of bids. Note: In order to prove compliance with this threshold condition, the bidder must present copies of contracts/orders and/or customer confirmations and/or bills of quantities and/or invoices and/or final account and/or any other document from which it can be understood that the work was actually carried out.
