- Tender classification: one-stage public tender procedure with an additional competitive procedure. The work includes: establishment of a licensing institute in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Transport and in accordance with the existing planning in the tender documents which include equipment procurement. Prerequisites: Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting bids: An offeror who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: A. The offeror will attach to his offer all the affidavits and approvals required according to the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 556 - 1976, including an affidavit according to the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 5788 - 1998 and in contracts with a value exceeding NIS 400,000, an affidavit according to the Foreign Workers Law, 1991 - 1991, the Minimum Wage Law, 1987 - 1987. b. The bidders will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. Registration according to the Law on Registration of Contractors for Construction Engineering Works 5779 - 1969 in classification 100 C - corresponds to the amount of the bid. Proven experience in carrying out one project of civil construction works that includes electromechanical works in the amount of NIS 1,500,000 (without VAT) adjusted to the general construction input index known at the time of submission of the bids (the base index will be considered the date of the conclusion of the contract), carried out during the last 5 years preceding the deadline for the submission of bids in this tender.
