Description:
Tenders are invited for Architectural and Engineering Services. The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem, Israel, hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of Architectural and Engineering services required for various small to medium size projects, in residential and office areas as needed throughout a three-year time frame. Firms responding to this announcement on or before closing date will be considered for selection using the following evaluation criteria with each evaluation criteria enjoying equal weight: Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm in the type of work required for projects having a construction value of at least $150,000 in the past three years; Specialized experience and technical competence in various architectural, design and engineering work; Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with performance schedules, cost/schedule controls and program/project management techniques. Briefly describe internal quality assurance and cost control procedures and indicate effectiveness by listing budget/estimated construction cost, award amount, final design estimate and construction changes for five recent projects. Although previous or ongoing performance of a similar U.S. Government contract is not required for firms responding to this solicitation, if such contracts have been performed, the offeror must have performed at a satisfactory level; and Personnel capacity to accomplish the work in the required time. If our company is qualified for this type of Architect and Engineering work, you will need to acquire the Standard Form 330 (attached). Your request needs to include: The company name and full address The point of contact and her / his e-mail address The Embassy will select for negotiation the licensed firms that demonstrate the best qualifications. Replies to this advertisement with a completed Standard Form 330. Interest must be received not later than noon local time on April 20, 2021.
