Tenders are invited for Construction of a Complex of Prefabricated Buildings for Offices and Workshops - to Come Orot Rabin A person who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version)) is required to meet all of the following conditions: 1. He will attach to his proposal all the required affidavits and approvals according to the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 1976 - 1976, including this, an affidavit according to the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 5788 - 1998, an affidavit according to the Foreign Workers Law, 5788 - 1991 Law Minimum wage, 1987. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. 2. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. 3. Registration according to the Law on Registration of Contractors for Construction Engineering Works 5779 - 1969 in classification 100 C-1 at least. 4. Experience of one work in an engineering construction project that includes electromechanical systems with a financial scope of at least NIS 2,500,000 (without VAT, adjusted to the general construction input index known at the time of submission of bids), which was completed within the last five years from the deadline set for the submission of bids. 5. Issuance of a check in the bidder's name in the amount of NIS 120,000 to the order of the Electric Company, which will be submitted to the Tender Box of the Procurement Department in the Electric Company building at 56 Anilevich St. Tel Aviv (entrance floor). 6. Obligation to participate in the tour of contractors. You must register in advance for the contractors' tour (please send an email for a request to register).
