Quotation are invited for Gym Services for 16 Employees to Include Free Weights Area, Full Size Swimming Pool and Classes. The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem, Israel, EBO Tel Aviv hereby provides the following notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for: GYM services for 16 employees to include free weights area, full size swimming pool and classes in the Herzliya Pituach area. The Embassy of the United States of America in Jerusalem, Israel, EBO Tel Aviv intends to issue a solicitation for gym services, per a list of specifications which will be supplied to all interested parties. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. Pricing should be for 3 years. · If you company is qualified for this work and interested in the solicitation, please send your request to hazanmm@state.gov no later than COB December 7, 2021 using: “PR10381744 Gym services” as the subject line. Your request needs to include: 1. The company name and full address; 2. The point of contact and her / his e-mail address; and 3. In conjunction with DOSAR 652.242.73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999),a statement that licensing and other requirements to perform work in Israel have been reviewed / researched prior to application. All communication shall be by e-mail and in English only; telephone calls and faxes will not be considered. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America.
