• Classification of the tender: a one-stage public tender with an additional competitive procedure 1. The required service and its purpose: 2.1 Detailed planning, supply, installation, wiring, programming, testing, input for utilization, obtaining a certified laboratory certificate free of comments, performing internal integration for systems with an interface to the fire detection system, training employees 2.2 Dismantling and evacuation of the old fire detection and extinguishing system: The work includes: dismantling of fire detection equipment, dismantling of gas fire extinguishing equipment, dismantling of PVC and metal infrastructures of fire detection and extinguishing systems, evacuation of the disassembled equipment and infrastructure to a waste site unless required by the electric company and removal of the ionization detector to an authorized waste site. 2. Prerequisites: The bidder will attach to his bid all the affidavits and approvals required according to the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 1976 - 1976, including a declaration according to the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998 - 1998 and in contracts worth Exceeding NIS 400,000, an affidavit according to the Foreign Workers Law, 1991 - 1991, the Minimum Wage Law, 1987 - 19873. The experience requirement: - the contractor must prove that, during two years out of the last five years preceding the date of submission of bids for the tender, he has carried out one fire detection and extinguishing project at power stations/stations sub/industrial plants and/or industrial buildings, with a monetary amount of at least NIS 400,000 without VAT (adjusted to the consumer index known on the day of submission of bids, the base index will be considered the day the contract is concluded).
