- The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) has a requirement to establish a contract to provide an Early Warning Earthquake Alert Systems at three (3) locations; two (2) at UNTSO HQ in Jerusalem and one (1) at UNTSO Outstation in Tiberias, Israel.The project includes design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training, to end users, on the system-s functions and features. The system must provide reliable, real-time earthquake detection and audible or signal alerts to afford staff adequate response time to evacuate offices and building prior to an earthquake.The Contractor shall either design, supply, install, test, commission, and maintain or supply under a leasing or rental arrangement a fully operational Early Warning Earthquake System (EEWS) that can detect seismic events in real-time and issue automated alerts prior to the arrival of damaging seismic waves.The EEWS shall:Detect primary (P) waves and estimate magnitude, intensity, and expected ground motion.Provide automated alerts within 1-5 seconds of detection.Deliver warnings via:o Audible alarms (sirens)o Visual alarms (strobes/display boards)o SMS/email notificationso Automatically trigger pre-configured safety actions.o Provide event logging, analytics, and reporting.Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT:1.
