- The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) intends to establish a contract for the supply of Office & Residential Furniture under a Long Term Agreement (LTA) on “when and as required” basis to the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) and the United Nations Special Coordinator Office (UNSCO).The initial period of the contract shall be for one (3) years, with the possibility of two one-year extensions, i.e., (3+1+1 years) at the sole discretion of UNTSO and under the same terms and conditions.The awarded company will be required to supply the furniture under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, unless otherwise specified in the quotation, to transport and deliver the requested goods to UNTSO and the delivery time after mission call off must be within 10 working days. The required furniture includes:* Office Desks* Office Workstations and tables.* Office Chairs. * Clothing Accessories. * Industrial Furniture. * Bedding, Linen and Towels.Specific Requirements/Information IMPORTANT:1. Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify contractors that would be interested and eligible to participate in the bidding process when issued.2.
