• Description:
• A normal one-stage public tender with an additional competitive procedure. The works include: construction works, development, infrastructures, detailed planning of buildings and prefabricated protected spaces. Preconditions that must be met until the deadline for submitting the offers: 11 The following: a. The bidder will attach to his proposal all the affidavits and approvals required according to the Law on Transactions of Public Entities, 1976 - 1976, including an affidavit according to the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998 - 1998, and for contracts worth more than NIS 400,000, an affidavit according to the Law on Foreign Workers, 1991 - 1991 Wage Law Minimum, 5777 - 1987.b. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. 2. Registration according to the Law on the Registration of Contractors for Construction Engineering Works 5779 - 1969 in classification 100 C - corresponds to the amount of the offer. 3. The experience requirement: the offeror must prove experience in carrying out 2 civil construction projects, each project meeting all the requirements below: 3.1 The scope of each project is at least NIS 1,000,000 (without VAT) (adjusted to the general construction input index known at the time of submission of bids, the base index will be considered the date of conclusion of the contract). 3.2 The projects also include electromechanical works and outbuildings. 3.3 The works were carried out during the last 5 years preceding the deadline for submission of bids. Note: In order to prove the condition, bidders will be required to produce Copies of the contract(s) relating to the work(s) and/or confirmations on behalf of the client regarding their execution and/or bills of quantities and/or invoices/final account and/or any other relevant document from which it appears that the work was actually performed.
