Description:
Tenders are invited for Packing & Crating Services SCOPE OF WORK The TOS requirements include non-personal services for providing all necessary labor, materials, and facilities for the pickup, receipt, weighing, reweighing, and preparation of packing list, inventories, or other appropriate documentation, placement into temporary storage, export packing and delivery, unpacking and all related services. Services included in the Rate 1. Packing at the origin using proper materials, e.g., cartons, containers, padding 2. All liftvans must be made of new wood and in compliance with the ISPM15 standard. 3. Removal of all debris and liftvans. 4. Extra mileage/trip fees/waiting fees. 5. All charges associated with heavy or bulky items to include piano/organ. 6. All charges associated with motorcycle crates to include Clip Lock and Snap-Tight crates. 7. All boxing or crating charges for flat panel TVs. 8. All charges for tolls. 9. All charges associated with assembly/disassembly of furniture, athletic/ exercise equipment and alike. 10. All charges for uncrating of any type of container. 11. Unpacking, removal of debris. 12. Placing into storage when required 13. On-site pre-move surveys 14. Any Parking fees & fines (Embassy cannot be charged for these) Special Note: Minimum Fee - where the TSP-s own charges do not exceed 1000ILS in total (e.g. Customs clearance + delivery or packing) a flat fee of 1000ILS may be charged per GBL. Except in cases where the TSP has been contracted to perform customs clearance ONLY.
