Tenders are invited for position Traffic Safety Officer A. Supervision of the safety and maintenance of municipal vehicles on an ongoing basis and at least once a monthB. Supervision and control of drivers and municipal employees authorized to drive municipal vehicles and issuing driving permits For new drivers and employees in municipal vehicles3.C. Ongoing work with the fleet management software (FMS) in all relevant areas, ongoing updating of the software In ongoing activities, making records and managing a notification system in the software.D. Handling vehicles involved in road accidents, forwarding reports to insurance companies, conducting investigations and submitting recommendations at the end of the investigations E. Handling vehicle licensing and liaison with the Ministry of Transportation on all vehicle registration issues F. Handling municipal vehicle insurance issues Liaising with the insurance company on all vehicle insurance issues G. Carrying out activities to promote safety issues including: training and seminars, managing ongoing data recording Related to vehicles and drivers in the fleet management software.
