Threshold conditions for participation in the tender: 3.1 Administrative threshold conditions 3.1.1 The bidder complies with the requirements of the Public Entities Transactions Law, 536 1976 (hereinafter: "Public Entities Transactions Law"), and has all the certificates required according to this law.
