• Tender classification: one-stage public tender procedure with an additional competitive procedure. Prerequisites: Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting bids: Bidder who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (draft new) is also required to meet the following conditions: a. Proven experience in carrying out one project of civil construction works that includes electromechanical works in the amount of NIS 1,500,000 (Without VAT) adjusted to the general construction input index known at the time of submission of the bids (the base index will be considered the date of conclusion of the contract), which was carried out during the last 5 years preceding the deadline for the submission of bids in this tender. In order to prove the condition, the bidders will be required to produce copies of the contract(s) relating to the work(s) and/or approvals on behalf of the ordering party for their execution and/or bills of quantities and/or Invoices.
