Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of an External Evaluation for the Second Phase of its Funded Programme Culture, Art and Social Engagement “Case” . Objective and scope of the assignment are detailed in the attached Terms of Reference. Clarifications and questions can be received in writing only until 12 June 2023 to the following email:gazawestbank.tender@eda.admin.ch. Answers to the questions will be shared with all applicants. Applicants are required to submit the following documents: Up-to-date CVs of their proposed team member(s) A financial proposal with a detailed budget including all costs related to the assignment A concept note (max. 3 pages) outlining the approach and methodology, as well as a draft work plan/ timetable for the assignment Previous and relevant experiences Through Culture, Art and Social Engagement (CASE-Phase 2) programme, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) partnered with the A. M. Qattan Foundation (AMQF) for a four-year programme (2020-2023) to utilize culture and arts as effective tools for promoting social development and cohesion, and for enhancing social participation and accountability. CASE has two specific outcomes:  Empowered, motivated and inspired community members in voicing their aspirations and needs.  Artistic projects that depict communities- aspirations and needs are used to instigate wider community dialogue, engagement and action.
