• Description:
• Tender classification: public tender with a two-stage examination, the work includes: analysis, inspection and preparation of measurement maps, among others for the needs of: marking, preparation of photogrammetry, planning, licensing, registration, final condition, locating and discovering infrastructure, mapping and documenting trees, leveling, topography and built details. Making a division or consolidation (Parcelization/TZR), documentation (1833) and/or boundary determination, accompanying legal proceedings, and collection procedures, examination and payment regarding property tax, either on paper or in digital vector or raster files, all according to the definitions of the surveyors regulations and the ordering party, marine mapping (bathymetry) to be done by oneself or by ordering from a subcontractor. The performance of the service includes the preparation of all documents required for their completion and signing, by the supplier and/or by a third party in accordance with the requirements of the law and the authorized authorities and will be carried out until the end of the procedure as required by the order and/or by law. Conditions Preconditions for participation in the tender: HAI will not consider the offer of Offer unless: 1. The bidder has provided the company with all the certificates required according to the Public Entity Transactions Law, 556 - 1976. It is hereby clarified that within the framework of this condition, the bidder must provide the company, in addition to approval of the management of account books, a statement in the form attached as an appendix to the tender documents, signed by him and verified by attorney. 2.
