• Description:
• Tender classification: public tender, one-stage with an additional competitive procedure. The work includes: 1 detailed planning, supply, installation, wiring, programming, testing, income for utilization, obtaining approval from a qualified laboratory (clear of comments), performing internal integration for systems with an interface to the fire detection system, training of HHI employees and preparation of system files in accordance with the requirements of the standard. 2. Dismantling and removal of the old fire detection and extinguishing system. The work includes: dismantling of fire detection equipment, dismantling of gas fire extinguishing equipment, dismantling of PVC and metal infrastructures of fire detection and extinguishing systems, evacuation of the dismantled equipment and infrastructures to a waste site unless required by the Electric Company and evacuation of an ionization detector to an authorized waste site. Prerequisites: The following are prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting the bids: 1. The bidder will attach to his bid all the required approvals according to the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 1976, including a declaration according to the Law on Equal Rights for People with Disability, 1998 - 1998 Affidavit according to the Law on Foreign Workers, 1991 - 1991 and the Minimum Wage Law, 1987 - 1987 (as detailed in the 1987 Appendix). In addition, the offeror will fill out, sign and submit an affidavit regarding compliance with the provisions of Section 9 of the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998 - 1998. 2. On The contractor proves that During 2 years out of the last 5 years preceding the date of submission of bids for the tender, at least 2 fire detection and extinguishing works in power stations/substations/industrial plants and/or industrial buildings, with a financial scope of at least NIS 400,000 each without VAT (adjusted to the consumer index known on the day of submission of bids, base ...
