Description:
The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) intends to establish a long term agreement for an initial period of one year with two optional extensions of one-year each for the provision of stationery for UNTSO and the United Nations Special Cordinator Office (UNSCO) on when and as required basis.General Requirements: 1. Eligibility: The vendor must possess a valid commercial registration certificate from the relevant authorities and demonstrate experience in providing stationery and office supplies.2. Experience: At least three (3) reference letters from previous clients for similar supplies will be required.Delivery Terms:1. Delivery must be done within 10 working days after receipt of each purchase order. 2. Deliveries must be done to UNTSO HQ on DAP basis (Incoterms 2010). Specific Requirements/InformationIMPORTANT:1. Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested and eligible to participate in the bidding process when issued.2. UNTSO reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement during the REOI and/or solicitation process.
