• Tender number A440011350 - periodic contract for the execution of production works and the supply of steel construction at the Thamshim and the various company sites. Tender classification: public, mechanized, one-stage tender with an additional competitive procedure. The work includes: production works and the supply of steel construction and general frames at the Thamshim and at the sites Prerequisites for participating in the tender: Prerequisites that must be met by the deadline for submitting bids: 1.1 A bidder who is a resident of Israel (as defined in the Income Tax Ordinance (new version) is also required to meet the following conditions: a. The bidder will attach to his bid All the affidavits and approvals required according to the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 1976 - 1976, including an affidavit according to the Law on Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998 - 1998, and in contracts with a value exceeding NIS 400,000, an affidavit according to the Law on Foreign Workers, 1991 - 1991 and the Minimum Wage Law, 1998 - 1998 1987. b. The bidder will have the licenses, approvals and permits required by law. 1.2 The bidder must prove experience in carrying out two (2) projects of manufacturing and supplying steel construction, amounting to NIS 300,000 per project at least without VAT (adjusted For the consumer index known at the time of submission of the bids, the known base index will be considered the date of conclusion of the contract) performed during the last 5 years preceding the deadline for submitting the bids in this tender. Note 1: In order to prove the condition, the bidders will be required to produce copies of the contract(s) relating to the work(s) and/or approvals on behalf of the ordering party.
