Description:
The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) intends to engage the services of a qualified service provider for the the provision of Thuraya voice and SMS services for the Thuraya XT-pro handheld devices, plus data connectivity for the IP Voyager device to facilitate voice and data communication from remote terminals to various destinations. The Thuraya services are to be provided to UNTSO Headquarters compound, at Alar St 1, Armon Ha-Natziv, Jerusalem.UNTSO requires Thuraya voice and SMS services for the Thuraya XT-pro handheld devices, plus data connectivity for the IP Voyager device. Transmission from UNTSO devices should terminate in other devices within the user group and to land line telephone or cellular telephones in distant locations. All services to be charged to a post-paid corporate account. In addition, monthly invoices of charges in electronic format (pdf) with itemized details of call records is required. Call records should be in Excel format Change of current Inmarsat numbers is not acceptable and number portability is permitted.Service providers interested to participate in the request for quotation (RFQ) are expected to respond to this REOI.
