• The work includes: replacement of aluminum curtain walls, including windows around the perimeter of the building in an office building, including treatment of the waterproofing of the roof of the building Preconditions that must be met until the deadline for submitting bids: 11 The affidavits and approvals required according to the Law on Transactions of Public Bodies, 1976 - 1976, including, an affidavit according to the Law of Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities, 1998 - 1998, and in contracts with a value exceeding NIS 400,000, an affidavit according to the Law on Foreign Workers, 1991 - 1991, the Minimum Wage Law, 1998 - 1987. The bidder will have the licenses, The approvals and permits required by law. 2. Registration according to the Law on the Registration of Contractors for Construction Engineering Works 5779 - 1969 in classification 100 C - corresponds to the amount of the offer. 3. The experience requirement: the offeror must prove experience in carrying out one project in the field of civil engineering that includes the execution of curtain walls, the scope of the curtain walls being at least NIS 500,000 without VAT. (adjusted to the consumer index known at the time of submission of bids, base index will be considered the date of conclusion of the contract), which was carried out during the last 5 years preceding the deadline for submission of bids in this tender. Note: In order to prove the condition, the bidders will be required to produce copies of the contract(s) relating to the work(s) and/or confirmations from the ordering party regarding their execution and/or bills of quantities and/or invoices/account final and/or any other relevant document and from which it appears that the work was actually performed.
